Wii DVD Drive Slow to accept Games after Modchip Install

I recently installed a modchip on my wii, but ever since then it seems like the games get slightly stuck before they go into the wii. Normally it would move in quickly, but now there's a slight pause before the game is pulled into the wii. Is it possible that the some screws are too tight or is this just a factor of a D2Pro V9 modchip?

I have the 9 wire D2PRO install and the discs still go in normally so it would seem to be something else.

It should be a screw may be too tight. Dont use all your strength tightening it imo, just tighten it "enough" lol

No, it's not the screws.. cause the screws on the wii case has no affect
onto the drive.. it's your install, double check your connections..

You can screw them to tight and bind the drive so it has issues accepting and ejecting games. As well it could be an instillation issue just check all above advice.
