hello all ive been reading lots of this matter and i cant make my mind up on which to chose and how to do it. at the moment i back up my dvd's using this method: vertibam 2.4 dl dvd+r i use dvd decrypter to rip and img burn to burn. i am about to buy all the stuff i need, so the help i need is, what blu ray disk drive is a good one to buy and what disk's are best? and what programes to use that are easy to use and work at 100% quality? that will go past any protection the disk migh have like decrypter does. also do blu ray films come on single layer or double layer because i just want to do a direct copy from it. i know it will cost some ££ but so be it, if a dl blu ray disk cost £10 to buy and a film cost £20 to buy in the shops it still works out cheaper. i know this has been asked before but its all over the place and as i'm about to buy the stuff i wanted to make sure i get the correct stuff.

Where are you getting 50GB Dual Layer Media @ £10.00. please do tell..??

okay after double checking more like £25 woops, when you rip a blu-ray film what size is it 25 or 50gb?

am i correct in thinking that once i have a blu ray burner in my comp, and a 25gb blank blu ray disk, that all i need is anydvd hd to rip the movie to my HD, and then use tsremux to delete the titles and extras so that its just a movie left which should fit onto a 25gb blu ray disk? then use nero 8 ultra to burn it?
