Hi, I just recently took this course about learning photoshop and was so happy about the results I wanted to tell everybody, so that anyone who is new to photoshop or needs help can get it through this course.

Here is a blog I wrote reviewing the Course:

just to let you know that I took your tour of Photoshop and I found it outdated.... I have CS3 and the tutorial for red eye reduction is outdated and there is a special tool button to do this now instead of doing it manually with all the steps that the tutorial showed. If you really want some good tutorials on Photoshop use Total Training! It's the best:

I'm partial to the Hotoshop Bibles, either by Deke McClelland or Laurie & Robert Fuller. Both are good books, around US$40.00 in many brick and mortar stores, $26.39 from Amazon.com

to be honest with everyone....... what ever you can get your hands on and it helps you out using one of the greatest photo editing softwares out on the market, the better. As long as you gain the knowledge and can produce stuff that makes great shot come alive....... check out my flickr photos:

Good pics, thanks for the heads up on the photo site, will have to explore it when I have lots of time.

But, back to the subject on hand, it takes a long time to master/;earn about all of the features present in Photoshop, just when I think I might know something, along comes another version which has its own tricks and new ways to do things.

CS4 will be coming out soon for the newer computers. It's supposed to speed up everything and I'm sure there will be new stuff added in there!

CS4 will be out sooner then you think the beta version right now is very stable and adobe has announced that it will be lowering it's price tag to compete with other company's which hopefully they do or we will see another bunch of pirated copy's hitting the internet once again.
