I have read the stickys, however I?m still a little confused.
I have a PSP slim with 3.95 official firmware.
I was looking to see if you can pandora my slim battery while I install CFW but put it back to perfect condition afterwards. I have seen a few leg lift techniques which look like they could damage the leg after more than one conversion. Is there a better way to convert the battery?

if you know sumone with cfw then you can pandorize your battery and change it back. no other way accept hard modding and to fix it you need to have soldering skills. if your in the orange county area ill do it for you for 7$ or if you want to pay for shipping both ways i can do it for 4$ Pm if your interested or if your local i can do the entire psp modding for 10$ i say local because most people wont mail there psp's to a stranger lol

Thanks for the offer but im in the UK so its quite a trip! I dont mind soldering, I have installed a mod chip on my Wii. I was just wondering what is the best way to pandora the battery in a way where I can but it back with no damage.

yeah the best bet is finding sumone with a cfw psp or if you have 10.50$ buy a pre modded one from dealextreme.com it came in a week to california from hong kong. its nice to have it incase of bricking and you wont have an ugly hard modded battery
