Hi folks

i am after a program that i know is out to monitor my download speed off my isp but i don't no the name of the software.( for instance say i am paying for 2meg download speed off my isp but they cap the speed to 1meg without me knowing this software produces a graph in the taskbar and keeps me informed of the current speed that i am recieving from my isp). your help will be greatly welcomed.
