Quicktime Pro and video converting

So I bought Quicktime Pro so I would be able to convert my video from my digital camera (comes in as .MOV files) into other formats.

I have been able to "export" video to "all files" but when I want to open them in my Windows Movie Maker, they are not there.

I've tried to "save as" them to something differet, but that doesn't work either.

Help?

WMM needs .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv formats to use them.
