having trouble updating ipaq hx2110 to WM5

hi all

I am trying to update my HP ipaq hx2110 to windows mobile 5. I have downloaded a pack called "HP iPaq HX2000 Series - Windows Mobile 5.0 Upgrade AND Downgrade - includes ActiveSync 4.0"

When i run the update i get an error code 608 : could not initialize device. Ruuclientdriver.dll could not initialize this device, this may nor be the correct DLL for this IPAQ pocket PC and this NBF file.

im not really sure what this means but could anybody help me out please.
