I've downloaded some mpgs lately that have been ntsc, my dvd player was originally region 2 only until it was modified, it plays region 1 dvds fine, i've had a problem with some of my vcd/svcds on my dvd player, they play fine but sometimes the sound messes up bad and goes high pitched, however if i watch these vcds with dvd sofware on my computer this doesnt happen, this problem seems to happen with region 1(ntsc) vcds so does anyone know if this is definitaly the problem and if so is there a easy quick way i can change the mpgs from region 1 to region 2.
