Hello, hows it going? I recently bought a Slim Line PSP V3.80 firmware so that I could play Final Fantasy Crisis Core. My friend recently told me there was a way to get the slim lines to play homebrew. And after reading about the outstanding success of running PS1 games on the PSP, I decided I'd like to try it.

That being said, I have no idea where to go or what to look for. I have tried many different searches on google, BUT, there is simply too much crap on the internet and it is hard to filter the useful info out from the crap. So I was hoping the wonderful master minds at AfterDawn Forums would give me a hand. Links to guides, general information, ect, would be appreciated. Please keep in mind, I do not want to buy a mod chip.

You better change the title of the thread to something relevant to the thread before it gets closed.

The only option you have is Magic Memory Stick + Pandora/Datel Tool Battery.

Use this guide HERE to create the Magic Memory Stick and buy a Datle Tool Battery so you can install the custom firmware.

If you know someone that has a Custom Firmware PSP then you can use that to convert a normal PSP Battery into a Pandora Battery and use that with the Magic Memory Stick to install Custom Firmware to your PSP Slim. Use this guide HERE if you have a access to a PSP that has already been converted to Custom Firmware.
