ok just wondering in all the guides they say get a spare battery and MS to make pandoras battery and magic memory i get why new battery cause you cut stuff on the inside, but do you need a spare MS or can i just reformat it again when im done and continue using it like i did before

No it's not necessary to have a 2nd memory stick. Just reformat it with the psp after you're done putting cfw on the psp.
You can always make it back into a mms if needed later.

but if your psp bricks you will need another psp to make another mms or a cardreader. i bought a 512mb from amazon.com for 8.95 with free shipping and i keep it as a mms the store is perfectdeal outlet
