Hi. I purchased dvd x copy platinum last week and tried to activate it like 30 minutes ago to no avail. It's impossible to activate. I'm new to computers and really Illitera when it comes to dvd burning softwares. Please, help. Don't want my money to go to waste. I have a legit dvd x copy platinum. I purchased it on ebay, have the receipt, it came with the box and the activation codes or passwords. I can e-mail them for proof.

What's really sad is that ebay would allow something completely bogus to be sold on their site. The person that sold it knew full well that it was worthless; and should be banned from their site if he does not return the purchaser's money!

Listen, eBay has been letting a lot of things slip through the cracks.
The company going south and leaving software that's impossible to activate is one reason I'm not buying software that has to be activated to work. We're going into a lonnnnnnnng recession...or depression to be blunt, and there are going to be a lot of companies going out of business. DVD X Copy's producers weren't kind enough to provide a key to those of us who had their program, so now I don't trust any of these producers not to do the same.

See your other rant post, for the answer on 3-2-1 Studios.

@TC. You got ripped off. Report this to eBay as sale of a defective product.
However, let this be a lesson that you should have researched it first. 1-2-3 studios has been out of business for quite some time now.
