DMS4 EZI Solder guide

I have DMS4EZI, whose "Easy installation" clips failed. What a suprise, right??

I bought a new chip and moved on from that piece of crap, but i've had it laying around ever since.

Now i want to install it into my SCPH50001. Where can i find a solder guide? The DMS forums are down.
