I used a .ptf file. after applying it, it just hang or stopped working so I turned off/on my psp. After that the error appears when I tried to apply the theme again and the wallpapers are not staying as well.

Official Firmware? If not then format your flash1 folder.

i had this problem to and i formatted my flash and made the vsh/theme thing in the flash 1, after i did all that i tried to put the themes on my psp, when i try to put them on the screen turns black and then the psp reboots without the theme as the background
