I've been out of the psp scene for a while and a friend has asked me to downgrade his phat 4.0 to run cfw.

A while back I had created a pandora battery and a magic memory stick in order to downgrade my slim psp. Just wondering if I can use this pandora battery and the same files on my magic memory stick in order to install cfw on the phat? Or do I need to create a new magic memory stick?

I have been doing alot of reading but honestly its kinda confusing now with so many version out and so many people with bricks and semi-bricks.
