if u can help me ?
i have a movie its type is MPEG and its about 300 Mb
i want to make it less size , and good quality,
like mov , wma , or anytype

It is undertood that you need help, so please be more specific when posting new threads. You will need an encoder to change the format of the movie. As for retaining quality and decreasing size...that depends on how much smaller you want it. Remember, decreasing file size usually means decreasing quality.
