So while trying to upgrade my PSP from 3.52 m33-4 to 4.01 m33, I get a message that "Some of your idstorage keys have not the correct values".

I read that I need to use Keyclear and IDStorageManage but really am not sure what I am doing with those. I'd appreciate any help!

download them and put it on the GAME folder. Then run the app.IT should auto fix the problem

Well, there are quite a few options (dump keys, check keys, edit keys...). Not sure which I am supposed to do.

I know I am not supposed to touch key 5 and create key 6 and 7, but that is what I have no idea how to do (TA-082).

Dump your keys, for backup. Then check the keys, it would what motherboard u have. Tell them and it will check it for you.

Try upgrading to 3.71 M33 first. See if a error comes up.

3.71 m33 gives the same error after checking the keys, since there is no key 7 and 8 on TA-082. But I have no clue how to create them. After going through IDSM, I see I don't even have keys 1-3 either.
