Protection problem in new DVDshrink

I copied a DVD which i assume was an unprotected disk and it work perfectly, but then i tried to back up a disk from a major studio and it gave me an error after chossing my region saying a protection problem had occured. anyone know why this is?

There are a very rare few DVD's that Shrink has trouble with - use DVD Decrypter and then open Shrink and choose open files, go to where you told Decrypter to store your files and continue on -
