i need help with my fat psp, its system software is 3.40 OE-A
when i try to open an iso file with and without a UMD in the psp, it gives me that error, and i have no idea what the problem is..
i have limited experience with a psp, could someone help me out
id be willing to provide any info needed to fix the psp, like firmware or whatever else

oh and in advanced>advanced config., all three options are disabled, and in configuration>use no-umd is disabled too. any advice?

80020148 = PRX type unsupported

usually means you are trying to run a game that requires higher firmware than you are on

since you are on 3.40 this is quite likely, most newer games require 3.71 or above

update to 4.01 m33-2 custom firmware

(SOMETIMES this error means you ahve a fake mem stick, but not usually)

I just updated completely to 4.01 m33-2, which took a reallyyy long time, and now NBA Live 08 still gives me the same error message. Wipeout pulse works now, and thats good since it didnt work before. Is it just the NBA iso?

itll be a bad iso then try a different one and see if that works
