I recently started playing monster hunter freedom 2 and was told you could play with a freind who also had the game. When i entered the gathering hall we were both on the same channel, i tried it twice. Once we were both in channel 1 & the second time i put it on automatic. Both times i couldnt see him in the gathering hall or join the quest he started can anyone help? im running 3.7 m33-4 and his is bought would this be the problem? i searched through other posts but it seems know one else is having this problem.

i could be to do with the fact that your on 3.71m33 but iv got it working:

psp - 3.90m33-3 UMD to psp - 3.71m33-4 ISO so it worked for me

try you going on automatic and the other in 1 5(think its 5) or 11

and see if that works

Thankyou for the tip but it didnt work. do you think that it may be because one is a psp slim and one is a normal? also i tried putting his UMD mhf2 in my psp and it didnt load my character it coulndt find my save file. so im not sure if they're the same but they both say Monster Hunter Freedom 2 when the game starts.

also when his game starts up it says - "This game contains scenes of violence and gore"

Mine says - "Game experience may change during online play"
