ok to get this thread started i'll tell you the mods that im in the process of doing .
#1:adding an internal SD card as ..well ... internal memory :P
#2: adding an amplified set of laptop speakers to the non existant UMD drive .

i will be doing tutorials if all goes well on the first one as i have noticed nobody has made on yet!

Sound-reactive LED's in the triggers, wired to a switch hidden under the battery cover. Full clear case. UMD door has 6 more sound-reactive LED's, wired to a second battery-cover switch. Razor X dual-nub. UMD drive replaced with a 4 GB HDD and a secondary speaker. The original analog nub is the new D-pad, and another Razor X takes the place of the original D-Pad, but works like the regular analog nub.
