PSP is not playing videos.

Hi, I got a PSP and I downloaded a video from a website, and was seeing how to get it to work... I found a thread here someone having a little bit the same problem... But with mine it was a Flash video, and I converted it to .mp4 (mobile) and typed the right file name and it does not play... I am converting it again to a regular .mp4 file.

Would anyone know another way of getting my PSP to play videos?

Probably not converted to the H.264 codec.

Try using a dedicated psp video converter for simplicity. For example, psp video 9 - general opinion is that it's not the fastest or the best but from my own experience it is very easy to use.

And it's free!

Google it to find a free download.

or use super its got loads of codec options xvid works fine for me on my psp

H.264 is used mainly in avs podcast mp4 files

Agreed Dr1ver, but all the options on super might be a bit of a shock/confusing to someone new to the world of video format conversion.

Psp video9 however, is a piece of cake! (If not a bit slow and klunky).
