Hello, I dont too much about video editing but i had a question that im not even sure would be appropriate this forums topic. Anyways i followed a Media guide here to create a VCD from a Divx type file. Everythign went ok except that my first video file(1st half of the movie) had its sound off sync. I didnt do anything different to the second half of the movie, which works just fine. I was wondering if there was a way, or a software tool that allowed me to shift the sound in either direction manually. This would save me a lot of trouble. Thanks for taking the time to read.
