This might be a stupid question, but I have used backups for a while. I was just wondering if i put the 360 disc in the computer and choose copy from disc will this work? And also will the 360 disc still work after? Cheers.
No. If you put a xbox 360 game in your computer will read it but it will not read it properly. You'll probably see and audio and video folder with about 4-5megs total in size. And we all know that xbox360 games are about 6-7gigs. You will need a specific dvd drive flashed with Kreon firmware in order to create a backup. Regular dvd drives won't work unless you go inside of your drive and do a swap trick. From what I heard it is not the best thing to do. Oh yeah, your xbox360 disc will work afterwards. Hope this helps.

however, if you are talking about making a copy of your already burnt games, then you can use nero, clonecd, imageburn, or whatever to make a 1:1 copy of the game, and it will work just fine.
