Burning a download image HELP

I hvae dowloaded a NERO image, and this is what has been downloaded


But when i click on the image file it justs opens NERO and the data dvd or data cd page, as though it is boing to create a DATA dvd. And if i open NERO and try to use the BURN Image option, it puts an error message up. Can anyone help me in trying to burn this image to a disc, so that i can install the program in the image onto my PC! Thanks

HI
IT SEEMS very small for a image file, if you go on to file hippo and download daemon tools i use that just to look at the image , but mine are usually films so rather big, 4.0 gb
