Is anyone else having trouble updating peerguardian the last few days?

ads, p2p, and spyware hasn't updated this whole week. government is updating normally. it's a good thing i added the bluetack lists.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd

I've been having the same problem for like a week and half and its killing me!!!
I don't want to use utorrent without it. I am still getting Error Contacting URL.
EDIT
Its still not updating for me. I guess I'll try to delete the lists folder and reinstall the program again.
EDIT 2
Still no dice after trying the stuff in the edit, this is f'in annoying.

Peerguardian is getting to be a real pain in the a$$, its back doing to same thing again. ( Error Contacting URL. )
And i have tried all the suggestions. I disable and update then enable if it updates. But it works when it fells like it. Does anyone know of a better program to take it's place?

you might try updating each one, one at a time! sometimes it works and sometimes it don't

Occasionally the host ip's for the lists are contained in the lists themselves... so manually downloading them and adding them yourself to the list files may work.
We have this crop up from time to time. It's one of those things.

it was doing it earlier, but i finally got it to download. just keep on trying. or do something for a while, then try again.
