I have a brand new piano black slim PSP (just turned it on to see the firmware version), I bought an 8gig memory card and a pandora's battery.....I have been reading like crazy but have not seen step by step to get from factory firmware which is 3.80 to the latest custom firmware 4.01? Can someone please help.....I have pandoras GUI 1.5 as with pandoras ultimate magic stick installation.......

The firmware as the battery has already been moded as it is a pandoras battery....unless I have to do something else with it? I read that i needed a pandoras battery to install custom firmwware....so I am looking to get the custom firmware (the latest release that is stable) on it as it has factory 3.80 from sony on it now....

Once you have at least version 3.80 m33 you can use the network update to install the latest custom firmware.

And for future reference use a more descriptive title then 'newbie help'
