alright, so my 360 is not reading games, or anything else as a matter in fact. so i had to pop open all that casing and see what's inside of it and can i fix it. well when i popped everything open. i found out that when it tries to play my disc it wouldn't spin! so what should i do?! what seems to be the problem there? and on the display of my TV. it says open tray. and then i opened up the tray. it says reading when i pop a game in and close the tray. then for a second the reading sign goes up. then all of a sudden it tells me to open the tray again! omg this is getting so frustrating. can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem here? is it a simple fix or is it gonna get complicated???

did anything lead up to this? like something happen? if its not spinning then maybe its a motor or something. Im sure you can get a new drive on ebay at a good price and replace that. It's not hard if you already know how to flash
