I have done a thorough search to find an answer to my questions and have yet to come to it.
1) Where can I find the latest Multigameisocreator (v.203)? I googled it and it came up with terrible results.

2) Can I fit different region GC isos on the same DVD-R? I have a NTSC-J and PAL game iso that I would like to burn on the same DVD.

3)Do I need to use the Wiped GCM Fixer if I'm burning the isos onto a normal 4.7GB DVD-R?
