lower cfw emulating higher cfw for games

I was just wondering if my 3.71M33 phat could emulate games for higher firmwares. e.g. 3.71 playing 3.9 games or new 4.01 games?

DA removed the restriction from his later firmwares, I have read that alot of people on 4.71 can play games such ah Hot Shots Golf 2, which requires a higher firmware.

My question, why not just update to 4.01m33?? I have used it since DA released it, not one problem yet.

well i havent updated to to 4.01m33 , because 3.71 is more stable and can play all the apps and homebreww i like such as the lcscheatdevice and last time i updated to 3.90m33 it bricked my PSP

i would try upgrading again

make a magic memory stick
with the universl unbricker guide

then use the mux2.0 prgram to upgrade to 3.90m33-3

then network update to 4.01m33-2

Nah im not considering updating i was just wondering if there was a way that 3.71 could play newer games. Could Dark-alex release some sort of new game player thing?



(last time i upgraded from 3.71m33 to 3.80m33 to 3.90m33 but the addon wouldnt decrypt the updater.prx so had to pandorize it.so im staying on 3.71....i trust it.)
