I've been using dvd shrink for over a year and have used the same type of DVD's (DVD-R) the same version of nero and the same dvd player/recorder for as long. Just this week I get this reject at the end of the burn process (this seems to be happening to a lot of people). Please help... Your assistance is much appreciated.

Your heading DVD Shrink Stopped for no reason is very misleading since this has nothing to do with DVD Shrink. This is a Nero burn error.
Book Type request [NEC]: DVD-ROM
Book Type setting not supported for the loaded disc type
Changing the Book Type was finished with error, return code -4

You are trying to change the booktype on some very crappy DVD-R discs. You can only change the booktype on DVD+R. Try correcting this and get better discs.
And get rid of InCD or at least stop it from loading at startup.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Agreed. It's a very misleading thread title. At the bottom of the page you can edit that to something more fitting.

Also, better media is highly recommended. If you're trying to booktype stick with the +R's as Dialysis stated.

Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, or Sony.

Thanks for all the input on this .... I did get rid of InCD and will try the DVD+R to see if copying will work.
