1.) No one can just say they want a tournament there will be a preset schedule, this is to avoid confusion and all around sketchiness not to mention having too much going on.
2.) Only accounts of member or higher may sign up for the tournaments OR a junior member who has been a member of AfterDawn for at least 30 days. The reasoning for this is to stop people from signing up to AfterDawn simply to play in the tournament, this is not what the tournaments were intended for.
3.) Tournaments will only be held on weekends or holidays, this is to keep things more organized and so that more people will be able to participate.
4.) No one game can have a tournament more than once every two weeks, this is to keep the tournament interest up, give people more of a heads up, and so that people wont have to play for long periods simply to take part in all the game tournaments that one would want to enter.
5.) If a player cannot attend the tournament that member must communicate it to us at least 2 hours before the tournament. Failure to do so will result in the following tournament suspensions:
1st offense: 2 week suspension
2nd offense: 4 week suspension
3rd offense: PERMANENT suspension
All offenses will be deleted from a user's record on New Year's Day.
6.) Anyone caught hacking/cheating will be PERMANENTLY banned from attending any future tournaments. Even on New Year's Day, you will still be forever banned from tournaments, because we have a ZERO-tolerance-policy against hacking and cheating.
