hi!! hey ive been having some issues latly, ive burnt lots of DVDs or just plain old CD's, but ive been keeping them all on a single 50 disc spindle cuz i dont have and cases and its just a lot easier. but ive had a fair bit of trouble getting some of them to read correctly, sometimes i get those cylic redundency check (or whatever there called lol) errors and i just thought if it was the way i was keeping them...?. i havnt been spinning them or playing dj on it but could it be all the discs at the top pushing on the ones at the bottom?

thanks

might be, at least buy some paper sleeves to put them in

most likely though its poor quality media and your burn speed causing the problem

Agree.

Paper Sleeves, those huge cd cases with the separated sleeves work nice too.

1234aaron- Indeed What the other wise men said ! also if the media your using /storing has no stacking Ring like some types of DVD media & perhaps even some CD media? ( blanks ) that could be causing your problems ? as the stacking ring { Raised area around the disc center-hole ) actually separates the disc ever so slightly from each other so the top of one disc does'nt scrape against the bottom of another! and cause trouble ? In adition to what the other members mentioned You can also Buy the Hard DJ style Cases to store your Media in From Supermediastore.com & meritline.com I think ? and these Protect your media and keep them safe as well !
