Hi.
Does PSP cause harm to Pregnat Women or the development of the child

Only if the woman eats the PSP, in which case it's bad for the unborn child.
After birth i'd be careful the child doesn't get addicted to playing PSP's.

but then so wouldn't a microwave oven, mobile phone etc etc be just as harmful ?. I think not..

Evidence is mixed, depending on who has done the tests. It is recommended to not use a mobile in your lap for men, but I haven't seen any tests for women. Obviously as there could be some risk from any localised RF energy field it would be better to be on the cautious side if worried, but there are so many legal poisons and pollutants in the environment that can cause birth defects that I personally wouldn't be bothered about it.

The microwave and mobile phone could be responsible for the younger generation being thickies tho .. hehehehe.. we have had both commonly for about 16 years.

In answer to your question - no, a PSP is not harmful to a pregnant woman.

Unless you throw it at her or something.
