Hey,
I have a Belkin Router, and Norton Internet Security. When connecting to eDonkey, it says "Firewalled" in the bottom right. I've tried stopping NIS, which had no effect. I have also tried with the router, adjusting virtual server options, and special application settings, and also DMZ-ing, but nothings worked. Any suggestions?

If you're using Windows XP, make sure that the Windows Firewall is turned off. I have a belkin router too, and had problems with emule until I turned that off. If you need help turning it off, let me know. Good luck!
