NERO 6 HELP!

I downloaded something and converted it as normal with convertxtodvd...tried to copy that disk and nero is now saying "cannot copy this disc to DVD" .....the disk is fine, it plays...just cant copy it...this also happend with a few more in last few daya. I was on the latest nero 6..ive rolled it back to various other 6's, still same problem.

Ive tried upgrading to latest 6, downgrading ..the lot..still saying the same...

....Anyone had this problem?


And also when i try and do an "on the fly" copy and unclick "use multiple recorders" where it says write speed the dropdown box is blank...no options
