TVersity - show me how to get a feed please

Hi All,

I've got TVersity and everything is fine (adding a movie, pictures or music from my PC) except that I have no idea of how I add a video feed.

At the moment I only have the YouTube and G4TV default feeds (that come with it) and I am unsure how to add any more.

What are .xml files and how do I obtain and use these for a feed?

If someone could give me a hand and maybe a step-by-step that would be great.
