My Pandora Battery...

I bought a Pandora Battery Pack (Pandora Battery + 1GB Magic Memory Stick) I used the battery to downgrade a lot of PSP to 3.70 M33 and the battery works fine. I created a backup of the 1GB Magic Memory Stick files in my PC and formatted the 1GB Magic Memory Stick to save music. Now, I want to downgrade other PSP to 3.71 M33. I copied the Magic Memory Stick backup to my Memory Stick and I tried to run with the Pandora Battery. The PSP only turns on the POWER LED but do not show the Pandora's Menu.
Why The Pandora Battery Do Not Work???
PLEASE HELP!!!
