Ms28 Drive Auto Ejecting Constantly

Hello I have a problem

My previous drive show me E65 error. I bought a new drive and successfully flashed it. But after few days later when I was playing games its froze. Restart the box and the drive constantly auto ejecting. When I try to close the tray its eject again. When I shutdown the console, the tray closed and the last moment its eject again. And also middle green light flashing constantly.

So I restore the original firmware. But the result is same.


Any one any help??
