Thanks for the code. I copied it and entered it. double checked it. The numbers just sit there fat on the screen watching me. Nothing happened. I have a Mac, so I can't do any of the program cable hook ups. Awaiting your reply. Thanks.
Note: If nothing happens, the code
remains on the screen and you see NO message.
Some Phones require that you to insert
a SIM from a new Network. Before you
do this, make sure the sim and phone you use
does NOT have a Security or PIN CODE. If it
does, reset the PIN and security codes to
default (1234 and 12345) with the original
phone. Insert a new SIM and turn
it on. You will see "phone restricted",
select the UNDO option, then enter
the "#pw+code+X#" code in the restriction box
and press ENTER (OK).
You should see "UNDO" on the screen.
Next to a button.
The only other option is to enter the code with the SIM removed and look for "OK' "Enter" or try "Send" and hold that button for 5 seconds.
There's always a first.
What code did you get from T-Mobile?
J
The UNDO button brought me back to PHONE RESTRICTED. STOP. This popped up after I entered the last #.
Your final suggestion didn't work either. I've never got a message that tells me I can't change the code. Two times I've done your and Nokia's code with the SMS card in. Zilch. Still.
