Nothing special about this one. Dvdfab started slow in the beginning, then went thru the rest of it easily. Took no time at all.

I just got this one done as well.
DvdFab Platinum, FixVts, and Imgburn.
I probably could have skipped FixVts, but it can't hurt. Pretty simple backup.
Nothing special to this one.

Could be a bad press, which are not entirely uncommon these days. It's like CMC-MAG is pressing some movies.
Have you ever had any trouble with any other movies? Or just this one?
This one ripped easily enough. You may want to exchange your copy for another and try again.

Make sure you are logged on as admininstrator and do not use Media center as the dvd player. Try instead, media classic player. here is a free download and it is compatibble with Vista

i have had this problem with maybey 5 other movies in the past, but most movies put up no fight. one that i can be sure of in the past was the cave.
i am logged in as administrator for sure. i cant blame it on the media player because my laptop won't even reconize there is a disc in the drive.
when i insert the movie, the drive clicks and clacks for about 5 straight minutes. then it will stop with the sound effects and then i can check the drive in my computer and it will say "no disc" even with the movie still in the drive.
both dvdfab5 and media player11 can't find the disc.
i found out last night that this movie plays flawless in my playstation2 and in my player in my van. is it possible that this could still be a bad press?

The last time my dvd drive on my laptop was making a noise like that AND wouldn't recognize disks...the drive went out and had to get it replaced. Luckily I had a friend who replaced it & didn't charge me much.

Easy one. CloneDVD2 with AnyDVD - and also the really easy way DVD Shrink with AnyDVD running in the background.
