I have tried just about ALL the file sharing programs that I can find and without doubt "Direct Connect" has the most MOVIES and that is for me!
Also I have tried 3 forums to get the forthcoming answers to my questions and no one has even tried!
However if there is a friendly and helpful soul on this forum, please help a Canadian who is pretty dumb with computers and is having trouble understanding the following items with "Direct Connect"!
First I am on cable.
2nd I am downloading a movie at 4KBs and the user is on DSL, while I am uploading 3 different movies at about 15 KBs each!This is not fair to me,can I do anything about it?
3rd What is the difference between "Queue" and "Slots"
4th and last. Is there a limit to how many movies I am allowed to have in my Queues?
Thanks to anyone who reads this and THANKS even more for any answers!
Oh yes.I have tried the HELP file with Direct Connect but it does not mention ANY of my problems!
