know everyone is trying to get an external harddrive to work on there psp (or most hackers) but my question to anyone who wishes to answer. Is it possible to make a smaller version of windows that just boots drivers and what not install it onto the external hard drive (enclosed) and using Irshell boot it?

U can use the DOS-BOX emu to run windows 95. It lags though.
