Can you Finalize a DVD in a separate burn session?

I have a Sony DRX 120-L. I left it burning a disc and went to work, and when I came home it left me a message saying that the EndDisk failed. They're burning onto DVD+Rs. Is there any way to finalize the disc in a separate session. All the files are there, I just need them to play in a DVD player.
