ok I downloaded and converted a video from youtube to mp4 format. I put it on the mproot and 100MNV01 folder but it doesnt work! and suggestions

Try putting it in the /VIDEO folder in the root of your memory stick? If you haven't got that folder, create it and pop it in there?
