I just tried my Resident Evil (Remake) NTSC backup on the Wii only to find out the audio is extremely out of sync in the cutscenes, no stuttering, just starts and ends way before, including in the initial animation of the zombie getting up, before the Start screen. My Wii is a PAL D2C2 one with a D2Pro9 chip, and every other backup I have works fine. By the way, I tried two different backups now, from different sources, and the problem persists. I also checked, just in case, and the GC audiofix has nothing to with it. Is this a known issue with this or other GC games?
Thanks in advance.
hey man,
can u tell me what brand disk your using? and is it 16X or 8X?
please let me knw :)
and to answer your question, i think you should use the same region as your Wii, cuz that way , u can expect NO prblms @ all, so if i where u , id go and download the RE1 Remake which is frm the same region as my wii is.
I'm using Sony Accucore, 16x. I always use them and never had any problems. Also, I don't think it's a region problem, as I read about other people having the same problem with games of their own region.
hmmm, it leads me only with one clue,
i think its the iso itself u DL'ed, you are using ImgBurn to record data right ? and did all your other backups work with Sony Accucore [DVD-r] disk? if so, then its the iso of that resident evil game u DL'ed.[just a guess though, wud be better if you check around more, i guess ill help u in checking :) ]
