TMPGEng read during outputing DVD

After compiling my dvd project and when trying to output the data with TMPGEnd DVD Author 3, I quite often get the following messages:

Read error occurred at address *******(eg.116D5A19) of module *******(eg.'RMSP.DLL') with *******(eg. 4AF43000).

The "*******" maybe different each time.

Does anyone happen to know what was causing the problem?
