Hi everyone... I've been using eMule for a couple of weeks, my download rate really sucks. I've applied every single trick you've posted here but still dont go above 5kb's. Is there something worng? Maybe it is beacuse I'm using eMule from Mexico. If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Hi there
we are on the same boat, my download rate extremely slow .I heard a guy from Overnet forum said he customized or fixed in the settings/options , then the rate becomes fantastic. i tried to contact him via his email ad , but no reply so far !!!
he boasted :

u know what, i download overnet. and i use it the first time i did not read the information so i have 20kb per second . and i feel bad
after i read and i fix in the option. wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww i had terrible speed download. it is go to 121 kb /per second. the go to that speed al the time
80 -121 some thing go up more.oh my god.
remember try this.
right now when i typing my overnet go to 102kb.
that is cool.

when search my email on yahoo and i read your post.
i am sorry because everyday i get about 10 email from ppl.
too many ppl i can not send and also i lazy. lol
but i will tell you how to setup. this one work for me and alot ppl already. but i am not sure it is work for you.
but dont tell anyone becasue the more u tell the more u hard to get ppl files.

first you must have high speed suck as dsl or cable or higher...

Second do not have Firewalled.

Third go in the option -> network.
and follow this number from top to bottom and left to right.
this is work for speed your internet 1.5mb download and 128 upload. only onlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. if you have different speed email to me with subject is "Newmatrix 141727"

type in the box :
dl 150
ul 10
line 0
max 400
4662 11550

restart your overnet. this will work for any version...
