Do you have a question regarding firmware, themes, downgrading, plugins, running psx games on the psp, or just anything generally relating to the psp? Please ask here, I can help with anything except coding (that is tough). I am creating this thread hoping less threads asking typical things are created.
So please, if you have a question, ask it here. I will answer all questions promptly, so let them rip!

Ok I thank you for this conservative thread stang.
Q1:
Why does Resident Evil 3 hang after the intro FMV? Even with popsloader?
Q2:
Does having a lot of games in memory stick affect its reading speed in games, movies, and music? I got like 65 games in my 4gb.
in q1 don't say you have a faulty iso image, because it's fresh from the original cd case.

Hope you don't mind me chiming in and answer some of these questions Stang.
Q1) Try using popsloader 3.40 version. If you do not have all pops versions you can go HERE and download 1 of the packages that correspond to your firmware version (3.80 version should work with 3.80-4 firmware and above).
Q2) As long as you keep in the size limitation of the MS size you should see no performance loss.

HERE is a good PSX to PSP compatibility list. It has a nice database of games and gives known issues and ways to resolve those issues (including what popsversion works best for the game).
