Hey All,

I'm looking for some CRM-type software that will streamline certain database functions. I currently have my websites hosted with Homestead, and the form submission functions are quite limited in the sense that when a customer fills out a questionnaire and hits "submit" - the simple cgi routines are only able to spit the text fields out into an email.

What I'd really like is to be able to have customer data exported into an excel worksheet or something of that nature.

Does anyone know what direction I should take with this? Eventually we'll host our sites on our server, but until then - we need to be able to streamline or truncate the whole data-entry process.
