I'm trying to put my copy of call of duty 3 onto my ps2 hard drive using hdadvance but it crashes straight after it starts to load.

is there any copy protection on the cd or can i use another loader program that could get it to work??

if you don't have the latest version of hdloader, you'll have to use mode 3. See this link.
